Missing the usual weekly hustle and bustle of this Missing the usual weekly hustle and bustle of this place! It’s more than just a studio, it’s a home for our team of teachers to collaborate, to uplift dancers, and to inspire young performing artists. We still pinch ourselves daily that this place exists, we truly built the space we always wished we’d had during our own training days. We’ve loved seeing our dancers out and about this holidays, competing, attending open classes, and diving into workshops as independent dancers. Nothing makes us prouder than watching our training come to life and be tested in different environments 🖤

Team shoutout! This crew is the absolute backbone Team shoutout! This crew is the absolute backbone of Vanguard, and that comes down to: longevity, loyalty, and all-around dedication, from individuals who have been with us for 8 to 12 years. They’re our biggest supporters, and they’re also the ones training up our next generation of teachers at Vanguard offering guidance, patience, and practical help whenever it’s needed. Role modelling strong work ethic & initiative daily. You’ll see this team at every Vanguard performance, arriving early, always happy to assist. You’ll find them behind the desk, welcoming a new student, or jumping in to support our directors in any way they can. They step in when someone’s sick without hesitation, and they’re always ready to handle opens / closes to help out. We constantly listen to their feedback, seek their advice, and lean on them just as much as they lean on us. This isn’t our full team, but most of this group have been with us for over a decade.
