TERMS & CONDITIONS

I, the consumer (Parent/Guardian if student is under the age of 18 years of age) hereby agree to the Terms and Conditions below & agree to supply true and correct information that is not false or misleading.

I agree that the Terms and Conditions of trading shall be binding upon the student, its successors, executors, administrators, guarantors and permitted assigns and shall inure to the benefit of Vanguard Performing Arts, its successors & assigns.

I agree to the use of my or the; student(s), name(s), credits, testimonials and any image or photograph taken by Vanguard Performing Arts or supplied by me, for the promotion of Vanguard Performing Arts.

I accept that the performing arts classes I undertake involves physical activity and I agree to release Vanguard Performing Arts from any responsibility for any injury I may sustain in the normal conduct of the class, rehearsals and performances, including activities not on the Vanguard Performing Arts premises.

I accept that all Vanguard Performing Arts Fee’s will be paid in full or half by the first Saturday of each of the four terms via the Vanguard Portal (PayPal), online transfer, or in person at Vanguard Performing Arts Reception.

I accept that any unpaid balance of fees will remain due. Debt collection activities may include legal action and incurring charges and registering any default with a credit rating provider.

I accept that, no refunds are given for missed dance classes under any circumstances. If you choose to discontinue any class part way through a term, the dance class fee is not refundable & any outstanding balance for that dance class fee will remain due.

I agree to provide notification via email of any class cancellation, class changes, contact or medical information to Vanguard Performing Arts via info@vanguardperformingarts.com.au & any adjustments if applicable to your account will be made from the date the email is received.

I accept that all contact information I have supplied when registering will be added to Vanguard Performing Arts Online Newsletter for regular updates.

I accept that Vanguard Performing Arts reserve the right to make changes to the above terms and conditions from time to time which will take effect immediately after you have received notification via email.

I accept that Vanguard Performing Arts will continue to demonstrate a strong commitment to provide an environment for children and young persons that is free of violence and exploitation and provide services that foster their health, developmental needs, spirituality, self-respect and dignity.

I accept that Vanguard Performing Arts takes all reasonable steps to ensure that it engages the most suitable and appropriate people to work with children. We employ a range of screening measures and apply best practice standards in the screening and recruitment of employees and volunteers. We interview and conduct referee checks on all employees. All staff working with children at Vanguard Performing Arts are required to have a current Working With Children Check (WWCC), criminal history assessments are required for anyone within our organisation.

I accept that all Vanguard Performing Arts classes are developed, reviewed, validated and evaluated systematically to ensure that they are compliant, of high quality and meet industry current industry standards.

The 2020 Vanguard Performing Arts Client Agreement outlines our consumer protection strategy to ensure that all of Vanguard Performing Arts potential and current students (consumers) have their rights protected in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

This agreement is applicable to all consumers and potential consumers at Vanguard Performing Arts.
