For more than a decade, Vanguard has created an environment where young performers can train, grow, create and push themselves further.
We’ve seen first-hand the commitment required from young people who want to take their performing arts training seriously, and the challenge of balancing those ambitions with a traditional school day.
So we asked a different question. What if they didn’t have to choose?
Vanguard Academy is being created to give students in Years 9-12 the time and environment to pursue their academic education while continuing to invest seriously in their development as performers.

how it works
Two parts. One school day.
Academic education
Students complete their academic education through Australian Christian College, with curriculum, teachers, assessment and academic progression delivered by ACC.
Performing arts training
Vanguard provides the environment, structure and high-level performing arts training that surrounds the student’s academic education.
ACC delivers the education. Vanguard delivers the training environment. Together, the student’s day is built differently.
